WARRANTY & RETURNS
Redline Lithium batteries are built to last and we stand by it. All Redline LiFePO4 batteries are fully tested before shipped. Redline Lithium LLC limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship (the “Product”).

Limited Warranty

Redline Lithium LLC warrants Redline Lithium batteries for selected size batteries.

30Ah or less – 2 year warranty replacement

50-100Ah – 3 year warranty replacement plus 2 years prorated (5 year warranty)

4-5 years 20% off retail

1 year warranty on all accessories & complimentary products (chargers).

Warranty only applies to original owner, all products are non-transferable.

Warranties are honored if shown proof of purchase and ownership.

Testing/repair fees may apply.

Once Redline Lithium support team approves product is defective due to manufacturer, Redline Lithium will ship out a new product at no charge. If product is non-defective, it will be shipped back to original owner with test results and explanation.

Customers may be contacted to discuss any service cost or replacement options if products are deemed excluded from warranty (see below for warranty exclusions).

Warranty Exclusions
Redline Lithium will not cover batteries based on the following conditions (including but not limited to):

Impact, collision, or water damage

Physical damage to battery case or mishandling of product

Damages caused by shipping or transportation

Product that has been opened, modified, tampered with

Product that was used for applications other than which it was designed and intended for described by the manufacturer

Removal of manufacturer battery bar codes/dates
Submitting a warranty claim

Prior to sending in your battery for warranty, please contact info@redlinelithium.com and explain what the defect is, so our team can assess the issue.

If the issue is caused by manufacturer per Redline Lithium team, customers are then to ship battery back to us for inspection.

Customer is responsible for the costs of shipping returns or warrantied products (Note, battery shipments may require special documentation and packaging which could result in additional fees due to strict shipping requirements)

Include all information below for warranty/returned products, any product returned without these information will not be processed.

Copy of receipt or invoice

State the problem with the product and contact information including phone number and shipping address.

Recommended shipping services: FedEx or UPS ground services.
Registration

REGISTRATION is not required, purchase made directly from Redline Lithium LLC will be recorded on file.

Purchases from authorized resellers will need to be registered by customer. Email info@redlinelithium.com to register your product.

Registration must include: Name, email, address, product serial number, receipt for proof of date of purchase.

Returns are not accepted after 30 days.

Returns of undamaged/unopened batteries may be issued full refunds less a 20% restocking fee (current MSRP). All returned items must be returned in original packaging.

Customers pay shipping for returns/warrantied products.

For all returns, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
